Welcome to my recipe collection. All the recipes found on this site are ones which I've tried at least once
and am (reasonably) happy with. They are from various sources, but most have been modified by me to suit my taste.
The site will continue to grow as I discover more recipes, so check back again
sometime in the future.
I love cooking. At first when I turned vegan it was a chore, but now i really enjoy it. The world has so much to offer
in terms of flavours, and most of them are vegan anyway. However a lot of people never experience them, because they
just eat whatever mainstream society has put in their restaurants and supermarket shelves. Now, I'm not going to even
try and cram them all in here, I don't have time in the next 20 years to try half of them out, but here's a small selection.
I do have to admit to being addicted to mediteranian food, especially focaccia, so perhaps my selection is not as broad
as I would like :)
Now I've made the site I'm trying to resist the urge to just fill it with loads of recipes for everything I cook, but I'm going to give you
the benefit of the doubt and assume you're not totally stupid and can figure out most of them for yourself. I hate
recipe sites which have things like "Barbequed Tofu" which consists of tofu and store bough bbq sauce. Like wow!
